Travel Group Leader
As a Leader, you will be responsible for welcoming travelers on the trip, making sure everyone is where and when they need to be, and to make sure everyone is having a good time. Your ultimate responsibility is to ensure that every aspect of the trip runs smoothly, help resolve issues should they occur, and stay in communication with me throughout the trip.
Each trip is different and provides a whole new set of experiences. You are encouraged to choose which trip(s) you want to lead. A list of trips will be provided, but custom trips can be made per request. There are two group sizes to choose from: small group (less than 30 people) and large group (40+ people).
Responsibilities:
Keep the group together at all times
Make sure everyone is where they need to be when they need to be there
Mediate and resolve conflict if arguments, etc. occur among the travelers
Foster a positive environment
Welcoming and inviting towards every single traveler at all times
Address any issues with me
Upon returning home, report to me feedback about the trip, travelers, problems, etc.
Ensure travelers know and abide by safety protocols
Calmly respond to unexpected situations or problems
Maintain professionalism, as you are representing the travel group
Maintain all the necessary paperwork for the trip and travelers
Advertise, promote, and sell available seats on the trip

To compensate you for your time and work as a leader, you will receive a percentage of the trip’s profit, based on the group size. Each vendor has their own payout schedule, and your payment will be based on that schedule.
