Travel Consulting

These Terms & Conditions govern all travel consulting services provided by Next Vacation Tours & Travel (“Consultant”). By purchasing, scheduling, or participating in any consulting service, the client (“Client”) agrees to the following:

Consultant provides advisory-only travel consulting services. Such Services may include destination analysis, itinerary recommendations, experience suggestions, group planning guidance, cultural insight, and general travel-related recommendations. Consultant does not act as a travel agent, booking agent, seller of travel, tour operator, or agent of record for any travel supplier.

Consultant does not book, reserve, or purchase travel arrangements on behalf of the Client. Consultant does not accept, hold, or process any funds related to travel reservations. All payments and reservations are made directly between the Client and the chosen travel supplier.

The Client is solely responsible for booking all travel arrangements and travel insurance arising from Consultant’s recommendations. The Client must review all Supplier terms, including but not limited to cancellation, refund, and change policies. Client understands and acknowledges that cruise lines, tour operators, and other Suppliers have their own terms and conditions, and are bound by those contracts. The Client is responsible for verifying all booking details for accuracy. The Client is responsible for checking, verifying, and obtaining valid identification, visas, passports, travel insurance, medical documentation, vaccinations, and any other required travel materials.

Consultant shall not be liable for the acts, errors, omissions, or decisions of travel Suppliers, including but not limited to airlines, hotels, tour operators, transportation companies, or any third party. Any disputes, claims, or issues shall be resolved directly between the Client and the travel Supplier.

Consultant provides information based on personal experience, third-party data, and publicly available sources. Consultant does not guarantee the accuracy, availability, reliability, or completeness of any information provided by third-party suppliers. Client agrees to independently verify all information prior to making bookings.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Consultant shall not be liable for personal injury, property damage, delays, cancellations, force majeure events, financial loss, or any other damages incurred during travel. Consultant’s total liability under any circumstance shall not exceed the amount paid by Client for the Services in question.

All consulting fees are due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing. All consulting fees are non-refundable, as Services, expertise, and intellectual content are delivered at the time of consultation. Due to the nature of consulting, all Clients waive the right to dispute charges made to Next Vacation Tours & Travel.

Client may request rescheduling with reasonable notice subject to Consultant’s availability. Consultant reserves the right to refuse service to Clients who excessively cancel or miss scheduled sessions.

All materials, written content, itineraries, frameworks, and recommendations produced by Consultant remain Consultant’s intellectual property. Client shall not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, or otherwise use said materials for commercial purposes.

Consultant does not guarantee availability, pricing, schedule stability, supplier performance, weather conditions, or the quality of any recommended experience. Client acknowledges that travel involves inherent risks, including but not limited to illness, injury, transportation delays, and unforeseen events. Client voluntarily assumes all risks associated with travel.

Consultant may amend this Agreement at any time. Updated versions will be posted or provided to Client. Continued use of Services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Arkansas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

By engaging Consultant’s Services, the Client acknowledges and agrees that they have read, understood, and consent to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions apply to the Client, the Client's family, and/or traveling companions that Client represents or make payment(s) for on their behalf.

Escorted Group Travel

I understand and acknowledge that all travel reservations must be made in the full name listed on their government issued ID and passport. I understand that I am responsible for all expenses related to name changes after the reservation(s) has been made.

I understand that it is my responsibility to arrive in time for travel departures and all activities.

I understand that I am solely responsible for any damage to the properties while on travel. I waive the right to sue Next Vacation Tours & Travel and its representatives for any injuries or damages suffered from this travel or related activities. I understand that I am solely responsible for my safety, and any injuries related to this travel are my responsibility.

I understand and acknowledge that when traveling in a group hosted by Next Vacation Tours & Travel, they are facilitator of the travel sale and pay the Suppliers. If Next Vacation Tours & Travel is the merchant on your credit card transaction, any chargebacks or refunds are against the Supplier(s) and not us. You agree not to pursue any action against Next Vacation Tours & Travel by signing this form.

If traveling internationally, I understand that I am responsible for ensuring I have the proper travel documents and must check with the respective consulate(s) or visa agency to determine whether any visas or passports are required. Passports are required to be valid for at least 6 months after the date of travel. I agree to abide by all applicable laws and regulations of the country during travel.

Next Vacation Tours & Travel is not responsible for the services and policies imposed by the airlines. Room accommodations cannot be guaranteed and are at the discretion of the lodging facility.

I understand that group trips paid by credit card are subject to processing fees. I understand and acknowledge that refunds for group trips are at the discretion of Next Vacation Tours & Travel. Whether or not a trip is refundable and such terms will be in the travel package information.

I grant Next Vacation Tours & Travel the right to take photographs, record videos, and/or use my social media posts in conjunction with travel and/or activities hosted by Next Vacation Tours & Travel before, during, and after such travel and/or activities. Financial compensation will not be provided for such usage.
