

Delve into the world of religious beliefs and inspiration by exploring southern Missouri’s faith-inspired sights. Starting in Branson, tour the Creation Experience Museum, visit the Cross, and watch David at Sight and Sound Theater. Journey to Carthage to explore Precious Moments Park and its attractions. Afterward, leisurely explore Wild Animal Safari on a guided bus tour of a safari and tour the grand Pythian Castle in Springfield. Make yourself at home at the Laura Ingalls Wilder Historic Home and Museum, step back in time at Bakersville Pioneer Village, and reflect in the quiet at Assumption Abbey Monastery.
Itinerary
Day 1: Group tour of the Creation Experience Museum, a Bible-based museum using the sciences to support the Bible's history. Afterward, we will visit the roadside attraction known as The Cross. Our day will be concluded at Sight and Sound Theater as we enjoy watching this year's production - David.
Day 2: We will start our day in Carthage, where we will explore Precious Moments Park and the attractions on the grounds. From the story of Creation to the promise of the Resurrection, the Chapel tour guides visitors through many stories of God's love and Mr. Butcher's artistic and spiritual journey. Afterward, we will make our way to Springfield to tour Pythian Castle. Originally built in 1913 as an orphanage by the Knights of Pythias, it was owned by the U.S. Military. This certified haunted castle offers history tours (daytime), ghost tours (nighttime), escape rooms, murder mystery dinners, and other holiday events occur regularly. Next, we will take a bus tour of a safari at Wild Animal Safari, a 5-mile drive-thru reserve with hundreds of wild animals.
Day 3: Today, we will visit Laura Ingalls Wilder Historic Home and Museum Also known as Rocky Ridge Farm, it was the home of author Laura Ingalls Wilder from 1896 until her death in 1957. The author of the Little House on the Prairie series, Wilder began writing the series while living there. Nearby is Bakersville Pioneer Village, a historical attraction that offers visitors a glimpse into the past through its collection of preserved buildings and artifacts. Our last stop will be at Assumption Abbey Monastery.
