Cancellation Policy

Payment Policy

Note that your spot on the trip is only guaranteed by 1) acceptance to join the trip and 2) a nonrefundable deposit of 25% of total trip cost is received within 5 days of acceptance. Failure for Next Vacation Tours & Travel to receive your deposit by that time will result in you forfeiting your spot on the trip.

Final payment is due by the time specified. Failure for Next Vacation Tours & Travel to receive the full trip amount by that time will result in you forfeiting all payments received and a loss of your spot on the trip.

Reservation Cancellation

If a request to cancel your reserved spot on any trip is made at any time to Next Vacation Tours & Travel, your nonrefundable deposit will be retained.

Cancellation Fees

The following cancellation fees are applicable to all Next Vacation Tours & Travel escorted trips:

• If a cancellation is received at any time, the nonrefundable deposit will be forfeited.

• If a cancellation is received up to 30 days before the first day of the trip, a penalty fee of the nonrefundable deposit plus 25% of the total trip cost will be forfeited.

• If a cancellation is received up to 14 days before the first day of the trip, a penalty fee of the nonrefundable deposit plus 50% of the total trip cost will be forfeited.

• If a cancellation is received within 13 days of the first day of the trip or you are a no-show, the entirety of the trip cost will be forfeited.

Payment made on any Next Vacation Tours & Travel trips or with our Travel Agent is your statement that you agree to these terms.
